Hi main cabin menus are hard to find but my best understanding would be the following on that route –

Roasted Chicken Breast –
smoked tomato sauce, Parmesan risotto, green beans, cipollini onions

Spinach Ravioli (veg) –
white wine butter, roasted butternut squash, toasted pumpkin seeds

Haha I would recommend doing a special meal request that you can do in manage booking. Maybe go Kosher meal? It’s usually pretty high quality and less adventurous.

Also worst case you can also ask what the economy meal is on the flight. They’ll happily serve you one of those meals if you’d prefer it better

If your on a route that includes meals they will typically have 1 meat offering (chicken or beef) as well as almost always a vegetarian pasta dish
